Lifestyle Design Course - EXPLORE
The Lifestyle Design Course helps you to make an intentional effort to create a life that is lived to its full potential. This course will help you understand and accept variables in life that you cannot control - while it empowers you to overcome and conquer in the areas that you are able to change.
Many of us have some knowledge of how we might find our purpose in life or change bad habits and develop new skills etc. but the challenge is: finding the motivation, the guidance, the support and the commitment to do it.
“Explore”is an online consultation where we discuss your primary challenges - and then a “how to” for you to " Design your Life" on your own. This is for you, if you are self motivated and just need to explore some options of how you could advance.
If you struggle to overcome or succeed on your own - I recommend The “Lifestyle Design Course” where you are accompanied you to make the plan a reality.

During our time together we work in three stages: Discovery, Dreaming, Designing.
1. Discovery: Together we do an honest evaluation of all the important areas of your life, relationships, areas of overwhelm, obstructions and discuss steps and “lifestyle skills” to address those areas.
2. Dream: A time of exploring the opportunities and possibilities that would help you create to the life that you desire.
3. Design: The Design Step is where we design a plan, which you will put into actionable steps to work towards your dream.
What you receive:
>> For the course of 21 days, you will receive a daily instruction with a required activity. You will need to commit to 15 - 20 minutes daily for YOU. During this time, you will craft your plan while putting into action the transformational changes you are making in your life.
>> Also included is a private online consultation and the option to engage in a Facebook Group for those (everyone, I believe!) who would benefit from the community aspect of this course.
>> A creative workshop surprise. Online or LIVE if you are in the area.
The success of this course will depend on your engagement and commitment and consistency.
In “Explore” we merely discuss the “how to” for you to do on your own.
During “Lifestyle Design Course” I accompany you to make the plan a reality.
